About Brian
Managing Broker / Evil Genius
I know a bio is supposed to humbly brag about all of your accomplishments and make you sound like a 'big deal.' However, what I am most proud of in my career is the incredibly high caliber and high integrity agents that we have on our team.
While most managing brokers in our industry primarily focus on recruiting agents, I am fortunate enough to work with a team that has been together for many years (several agents have been on our team for 10+ years). Our agents' knowledge is unsurpassed in the industry and that frees me up to work on the marketing, technology and support that my agents need in order to serve our clients.
Our team is not structured like any other team in the industry. While my name is "on the door," I am a glorified assistant, website developer, marketing department and support center for our agents. They do not work for me. I work for them. When a member of our team needs something done for a client, they simply need to pick up the phone and give me a call. I love our team because I know that every member on it will work together to give our clients unmatched service.
I am always available to any client for any questions they may have. I try to personally call each and every client that our team works with, and if you need anything, at any time, please feel free to call me on my cell phone.
Finally, when we do meet, it will most likely be at the office or the closing. I have had MS since I became a Realtor and have been in a wheelchair since 2021. I'm incredibly fortunate to have a team who augments my skills and allows us to provide our clients with incredible knowledge, service and marketing.
I'm very open about my diagnosis, and if you'd like to talk about it and how it does, or does not, affect our team's ability to serve your agent, please feel free to bring it up.
