This was our first time trying to buy a home -- we'd assumed we'd never be able to do it. We got lucky with a great realtor (shout out to Richard), who recommended Brian as a lender. From the jump he was ready to answer every question we had and helped make this whole process a hell of a lot less confusing (and less scary too).

We still had a lot of questions, and we asked Brian to run the numbers -- how much would our house cost with different down payments, different offer amounts, different kinds of loans, even different numbers of buyers, etc -- again and again, which he did every time.

The long story short of it, Brian made the process of getting our money together for the purchase one of the least stressful aspects of this. We really very greatly appreciate it. (PS our house is awesome too, we love it.)

Brian is very knowledgeable of the processes and requirements and makes it very easy to understand. His team will set up electronic interfaces for all the disclosures and document reviews, which make that part of the process very efficient and straight forward. He always seemed to come up with a "good deal" and is clearly advocating for you the client. He is happy to create a little excel table that makes all the options of the particular loan products that may apply to the situation, therefore making it very easy to review and make an informed decision. Before we found a home, I shopped, read reviews and picked Superb Mortgage based on my research. Then we met Brian who set up a secure folder for our documents and started the ball rolling to prequalify immediately this Oct. 2016. We had all sorts of credit reasons why most would say we'd never qualify to buy a home again {we had a bankruptcy [2010] and a short sale [2012] from the housing fiasco} In a day, he assured us he could get us a loan. We were skeptical and nervous and at the same time excited and hopeful he meant what he said. As we were searching and making offers, Brian was there every step of the way. We could text him day or night and he'd respond, answer questions and never left our side until we closed Jan 31st, 2017. Brian knows his profession better than most and made this wonderful deal happen in less than 30 days. In the middle of moving I had to stop and type this review to let all searching families know that this is definitely the company to work with to make your dreams come true!
