Our first home buying experience was amazing. Brian was patient with us and aggressive in his trade. He seemed ahead of every ate while preparing us for every possibility. We were living in our new home within 3 months of shaking hands, his approach was impeccable every step of the way. Always available to show us listings on the drop of a hat. It truly was a great experience! Brian went on to help us with a few more purchases as well as help friends and family, and every time was as easy as the last. We are so grateful!

We met Brian at an open house a couple of blocks away from a home we were struggling to get ready to sell. After talking with Brian, he told us he could be helpful with suggestions about what we needed to do to get our house ready to put on the market. In a week or so, we received a follow-up letter from Brian. He offered his expertise concerning our house, and we called him because we were pretty frustrated by then.

Brian was very helpful with what we needed to do to get the house ready to sell. It was also a benefit that he grew up in the area and knows it so well. He was able to find just the right person for a large repair we needed to get done.

It was fall before we were ready to put it on the market, and I was worried it wouldn't be a good time to sell. Brian explained that with the low inventory of houses, and good interest rates, and some of the many people looking in the summer were still out there. After putting it on the market we received 5 offers in less then 2 weeks.

We have used Brian as our agent for two other real estate transactions since then. He is also very personable and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend Brian for the experienced as well as the first time buyer.

I was so lucky to have Brian as my realtor. I purchased a home in San Jose with his help in about 10 weeks. Few years later, I am still very happy with the house I bought and will still consider him my first choice were I to sell it or find another one. Brian knows the neighborhoods very well and will not waste your time and will make the selection process easier. My first bid was accepted although it was not the highest. What I liked the most about him is that he takes ownership about the whole process and will stay with you and coach you every step of the way, long after the purchase is done. The nicest person ever to do business with, he will not pressure or push you something you are not comfortable with. Highly recommended.
