Bridgett has been amazing! She’s so patient and understanding. We’ve been looking for a house for years but we refuse to settle for anything but perfect and she hasn’t dropped us while we have taken her all over central Ohio. She has turned into more of a friend than anything! We are so thankful for her and know that she will be the one to sell our home and find us the perfect future house! I’ve talked to many realtors and have actually fired one due to being pushy and ignoring our requests. If I like her, anyone will (as I’m very picky!).

This is the second time that we’ve used Bridgett to find and purchase a home (this was the first time she also sold our home) and I have nothing but great things to say about her. She worked incredibly hard and also added a very personal touch to our experience. If she wasn’t immediately available to take my call, she would message me right away to let me know when she’d be able to call back. I know that she was extremely busy with other clients but I always felt like she was only working for me. There were multiple bumps in the road for us during our selling process and she was always right on top of things easing our worries and solving the problems ASAP. I highly recommend Bridgett and even though she helped us find our hopefully forever home, if we need to move again she’d be the first person I would call.

Moving one’s entire family (inclusive of two small children, a crotchety dog and a fairly particular spouse) to a new state in the midst of a global pandemic is not what anyone would expect to be easy. With Bridgett as one’s realtor, however, the process was surprisingly painless! She quickly became a trusted partner in our recent relocation process. She was our eyes and ears as we made an offer on a home that we had not physically visited (which, by the way, we absolutely love). It speaks to the level of confidence that we had in her perspective and understanding of what we wanted. Her transparency, collaboration and professional expertise are second to none. We felt as though she had our backs at everything step and truly advocated to find us a home that we would love in the neighborhood we desired. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

Bridgett goes way above and beyond for her clients. She's very easy going and she always has the client's best interests in mind. She has represented me twice, and each time she has exceeded my expectations. She put up with my pesky phone calls when I was a first time buyer, and on my second purchase she was just as attentive. With as many clients as she has, I don't know how she finds the time to be so attentive to all of them. Bridgett is the best out there, and if you have the pleasure of working with her, you will not regret it.
