Brittany has helped me navigate the real estate market as I look to buy my first home. Anytime I send her a house I am interested in she is open to discussing it with me right away. She’s also honest - she wants what’s best for her clients. She’s not going to try to get you to buy a house to just buy a house. I haven’t pulled the trigger yet, but anytime I see a place we either go see it ASAP if it seems like a viable option or she openly discusses why this one probably wouldn’t make sense for me. Without her, I’d be confused and lost and probably in a house I wouldn’t really want to be in. 10/10 recommend seeking her guidance.

Brittany advised me in preparing my very lived in home for selling. From my very first phone call until the successful closing of that sale and a purchase of my condo, she guided, advised and helped me navigate the new (to me) world of econtracts and made me comfortable throughout.
