Brittany Simonet

Brittany grew up in the world of real estate. Her dad was a builder in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Brittany learned a lot about the trade and would join him at job sites as the designated nail hole filler! Her mom co-owned a housing magazine called From House to Home and is currently a Realtor with over 22 years of experience. Brittany and her husband Shawn are passionate about real estate investing and own numerous investment properties including single-family homes, multi-family homes, and apartment buildings.
