Brock Fletcher is a seasoned real estate professional, entrepreneur, and team leader with more than two decades of experience serving the Greater Lansing market. Brock’s professional foundation was built early through hands-on work and discipline. As a teenager, he worked at McDonald’s and later at The Peanut Shop, developing a strong work ethic, reliability, and customer service skills. He later joined his grandfather, Arden Pierson, in the land surveying field and went on to serve as a crew chief with URS Corporation from 1999 to 2001, where he gained experience in precision, project coordination, and leadership in the field.
Committed to personal and professional growth, Brock pursued higher education at Lansing Community College and Oakland Community College, taking night and weekend classes before transferring to Michigan State University, where he studied finance. While initially considering a career as a financial advisor, Brock ultimately found his passion in real estate—an industry that aligned with his entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving skills, and desire to serve others through major life decisions.
Over the past 21 years as a real estate agent, including 18 years as a licensed broker and 15 years with Keller Williams Realty, Brock has established himself as a market leader. He is the Founder and Leader of The SELLING Team at Keller Williams, the most productive real estate team in the Greater Lansing area. From 2020 through 2024, The SELLING Team has been the #1 statistical team in Greater Lansing, serving more than 300 families each year for five consecutive years—an unmatched level of consistency in the local market.

He and his wife of 17 years, Katie, enjoy life with their daughter Jenna, spending time hiking, golfing, traveling to national parks, and visiting Mackinaw City and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Brock is also a proud Michigan State Spartan fan, holding season tickets to both football and basketball, and values time spent mentoring, traveling, and enjoying life with family and friends.
