Brook Willardsen

As a father-daughter team, Brook Willardsen & Heather Kimball have continued to grow the real estate legacy DeWayne Willardsen, Brook’s father, started back in the 1970’s.Colorado real estate has been a family business for over 45 years. After 15+ years in advertising and marketing, Brook joined his father as a second-generation Realtor in 2002. Growing up in Littleton since the age of 5, he graduated from Heritage High School and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Advertising in 1984. Brook & Lanée married in 1985 and have 4 children - Heather (married to Dan), Aaron, Collin and Haley (married to Bryce) - who were all raised in Highlands Ranch. Brook & Lanée also adore their 4 grandchildren and dog, Buddy. Outside of work, Brook’s passion is travel! He and his wife discovered backpacking through Europe and are like two kids when exploring new places! Heather joined real estate as a third generation Realtor in 2012. Born and raised in Highlands Ranch, Heather graduated from Utah Valley University in 2007 and is currently seeking a second degree in Interior Design. In addition to being a full-time realtor, Heather Kimball Design Co is her Interior Design business. She married Dan in 2005 and their 4 children - Brooke (11), Tanner (8), Wendy (6) and Peyton (3) and fur-pup (Nala) - are the joy of their life. In addition to design, Heather enjoys sewing and all things Broncos. (Yes, her son is indeed named after Peyton Manning and was born 7 weeks after they won the Super Bowl.) Brook & Heather have 24+ years combined experience in Greater Denver-Metro real estate. When paired together, their individual unique talents, coupled with their sense of humor, make working with them an enjoyable experience!
