Brooke Picone

As a member of the National Association of Realtors, Brooke specializes in selling residential properties as well as having the knowledge of the commercial real estate market and real estate appraisal. She has experience representing buyers and sellers and makes it her priority to stay informed of current market trends, allowing her to provide expert service to all her clients.

Brooke thrives on building long lasting relationships with her clients and has found success through repeat client business and referrals. Along with selling real estate, Brooke enjoys investing in properties, which allows her to effectively guide buyers and sellers through their transactions.

Brooke attended California State University Northridge, majoring in business with an emphasis in marketing and advertising. She also studied property management at UCLA.

Having resided in Los Angeles for over 45 years, Brooke currently specializes in selling property all over the Westside and San Fernando Valley areas.
