Brooks Carveth

Brooks Carveth joined Perch Real Estate as an associate broker in January of 2018 primarily focusing his efforts on helping clients achieve their goals through buying or selling real estate.

In 2020 Brooks became a part owner of the company to come alongside his wife, Katie, assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company and making plans to further its growth all while sticking to its roots as a locally owned boutique real estate firm. Since Brooks has become an owner, Perch Real Estate has experienced an impressive 30% year-over-year growth. In 2022, Perch Real Estate had its biggest year with over $30 Million in sales. As an owner, Brooks focuses on business development, overall vision, and growth strategies. Brooks continues to be passionate about people and real estate by helping clients on a day-to-day basis with residential sales, property management, and commercial leasing.

Outside of sales, Brooks and his wife Katie enjoy investing in real estate with multiple rental properties in the Denver Metro area and Milwaukee, WI. They also have become passionate about flipping houses throughout the Denver Metro area – bringing new life to homes that have become rundown and in a state of disrepair.

When Brooks isn’t working, you can find him spending time with his wife, Katie, and kids, Madilyn and Jackson, and two golden retriever’s, Bella and Sadie.

Brooks is originally from Lincoln, NE – a through and through Nebraska Cornhuskers fan and a graduate of Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, CO.
