Double closing was a success!

Bryan was able to sell our condominium in 3 days! Our circumstances required us to sell our condominium in a very short timeframe so that we could close on our new residence. Bryan was able to produce an amazing walkthrough video of our condo, and overhead drone shots of the community. The quality of the video and photos was so fantastic that Bryan was able to attract numerous potential buyers in the first couple days after the listing went up. Bryan consistently communicated with us, and gave us honest assessments about the circumstances we encountered in the process. He also steered us toward Winter Garden for our new home, which has been a wonderful blessing! You can’t beat the Winter Garden area for fantastic deals on homes that will only increase in value over time. Ultimately, through Bryan’s hard work and fantastic people skills, we were able to do a double closing within one month! What we thought was impossible was made possible through Bryan’s passion for the job and his concern for his clients. If anything, we probably made his job more difficult than it had to be because we had constant questions and demands. But Bryan never complained, and continued to do his job well, always looking out for our best interests. Here’s why I would recommend Bryan- he’s honest and tells the truth; he communicates consistently; and, he has a true passion for real estate. Sure, he was able to work a miracle for us, but more important than that is the quality of person he is. Thank you Bryan!

I’m sure there won’t be any problem for anyone in locating the nearest real estate agent. However, deciding on choosing which real estate agent is something completely different and might not be the most straightforward decision to make. If you are looking for a great real estate agent to help you in greater Orlando area, who is honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy? Look no further than Bryn Burns.
Here is why.
Buying a house in Florida was a longtime dream of mine, something I didn't honestly believe would ever happen especially I live and work in Pennsylvania. It is very tricky buying a house far away from where someone currently lives. But in one month my life took a different direction than I would have expected and I had not too many alternatives than just to book a flight to Orlando and search for a house.
I was under extreme pressure to find a house in few days especially I had my house in Pennsylvania under contract with an already set closing date 2 weeks away. I know that choosing a real estate agent can be quite challenging but I had to select a realtor to work with and I started searching online and checking reviews. Being under time pressure, I was worried to be taken advantage of and make a bad deal and purchase the wrong house. When I found Bryan’s online profile, among other things, I liked mostly how he highlighted his passion and career as firefighter which is a tough business, and firefighters need to possess a multitude of skills and talents as being trustworthy and someone you can always rely on in any situation. Therefore, I selected Bryan and I consider myself was lucky enough to do so.
Bryan did an amazing job of making the process of searching a house in few days run smoothly and efficiently which is super important when someone under time pressure as this can be very stressful. He made himself fully available to me and scheduled showing in short notice, planned the showings timing based on the geographical location which was extremely helpful for using the time efficiently. Bryan was always happy to answer my 500 questions a day and his knowledge of the market in Orlando is top notch. I never felt I am pressed by Bryan to decide about a house and he was very neutral with bringing up the pluses and minuses of every place in a very professional way.
Finally, Bryan gave me an awesome closing gift. A wonderful stylish basket with home baked bread, champagne, olive oil, salt, candle and a very thoughtful framed words of wisdom about this mix of things in the basket. Can’t put words of how thoughtful and valuable gift this was. Thank you, Bryan. You are the best.
I highly recommend Bryan to anyone buying or selling and I look forward to purchasing my next home with him in the future.

I’ve done 3 real estate transactions with Bryan. He sold my home over $30,000 above the Zillow estimated price. He also found me a rare Private plot of land ready for development and even shopped several private builders for me. I built my dream home before I was even 30! Bryan not only educated and motivated me to reach all these goals but he gets in the negotiating ring and makes it happen. Bryan has a gift for sales and it doesn’t not come off fake or forced, a natural negotiator. He is always available, and you definitely feel like your are priority #1. In my opinion, anyone can show a house. Even if there were any special skills required to show a house, the ultimate decision depends on whether you actually like it. I think Bryan’s true skills and passion for his job shine through once you actually find that house. With two small kids and us living 3 hours away from the area we were planning to move, we were very limited with when we could see houses, and even talk on the phone. Bryan made himself available 24/7 to answer the questions and calm the nerves of us first-time home-buyers. We fell in love with one of the first houses we saw, and Bryan calmly and confidently guided us through the process of putting in an offer with which we felt comfortable. That began the hardest period of the home-buying process - the waiting part. Bryan answered every question we had and even took time (multiple times) to explain each part of the process so we could understand why things were going slowly, what we could expect next, and any steps we could take to facilitate the process. We stretched Bryan way beyond his job’s calling by asking questions that were more suitable for our lender, and, even if he wasn’t as well-versed in the details, he answered every question (correctly). I would highly recommend Bryan to anyone looking to enter the home buying or selling process. He truly is a pleasure to work with.
