Bryan Canchola

Bryan Canchola’s real estate career began by working for a mid-size property management company where he helped oversee more than three hundred properties in Southern California. It was through this role that he learned the ins and outs of properties as structures. Later, he transitioned to serve customers and understood of the struggles of people who leased and at times were evicted; further, he learned of their dreams of homeownership and felt that with the right advocacy, skillset, and knowledge he would be able to help.

Bryan received his real estate license in 2014 and since then has successfully sold and leased a wide portfolio of properties including mobile homes, single-family residences, multifamily, luxury, and commercial. The diversity that represents Sync’s culture is matched by Bryan’s skillset; it is also reflected in the clients whom he serves. Bryan strives to be versatile and flexible. Each client represents a unique opportunity, from limited budget clients to Grammy-nominated music producers and entertainers.

During market changes, Bryan feels it is important to keep his clients updated. He therefore engages in communication/education that is relevant to their needs. As a result of long-term client relationships, many of them have transitioned into business owners, investors, and developers. Bryan being part of their journey and serving as a resource is rewarding to him.
