Bryan Swafford

A Texas native, Bryan Swafford has been involved in buying, selling, and developing real estate since acquiring his first property in 1996. Owning multiple properties in Austin, Dallas/Ft Worth, Fredericksburg, and San Angelo, Bryan knows the intricacies of buying and selling real estate.

Bryan's 20-year career in the Automotive business taught him the value of building strong, lasting relationships, the art of negotiating, and the power of a firm handshake. Bryan firmly believes that his many years of negotiating, and property development experience gives his clients a distinct advantage when going through the sales process.

Outside of real estate, Bryan’s second passion is cycling. Heavily involved in the local racing scene, Bryan competes in Thursday night CRITS, as well as many other road races in Texas, finishing top 10 at the 2018 State Champs Road Race in Killeen.
