Bryson is just what we needed in a realtor. In searching for our Willamette Valley home. He is diligent, responds quickly, and was readily available to show us homes.

There was never any pressure which was really helpful and a relief in the high stress, fast moving housing market of Corvallis. But he was always supportive and continually sent us suggestions of homes that looked like a good fit for our family.

I've bought and sold several homes in my life and was concerned when it came time to sell my mom's manufactured home. Because the home was lower priced than most homes in Benton county, my fear was that it would be a lower priority for the realtor. Bryson proved me wrong. He was punctual and responsive 7 days / week, had a very well designed listing posted quickly, had 2 open houses and coordinated professionally with all parties involved. We sold the home in just a couple of months and for a very satisfactory price. Bryson planned and organized the closing and everything went smoothly. I would not hesitate to use Bryson again and recommend him.

We bought a home with Bryson’s help when the market was really hot. We were not able to make it out to the location due to working in a remote area. Bryson was able to schedule video calls at times I was able to be online to look at the house. He also helped get inspections lined up and had people come look at our areas of concern. The amount of knowledge he has of the local area really helped us find an area that we love. I would recommend Bryson for any real estate needs in the area.

Bryson patiently walked with us over a multiple year journey of us deciding whether to sell our house or not. I would confer with him about the market, pricing, timing etc. He was always knowledgable and shared everything he could. He wasn’t just trying to get business but honestly had my best interest in mind. When we finally decided to sell, it was a no brainer that we would have Bryson sell our house. He communicated with us well, was excellent at listening to what our thoughts and desires were and so good at guiding the whole process. Everything just closed and the whole process for us was very smooth. Not to mention almost all of it was done while we were out of country.

I am very put off by real estate brokers who drive expensive vehicles, dressed in expensive attire, who speak so quickly because “time-is-money and if you’re not helping me get what I want, then get out of my way”.
