I have worked with Buddy on and off on a few properties for about five years now, he is honest, he protects you on every deal and a super nice guy. I would never dream of using anyone else but Buddy,ready to do some more deals in the future. Just a little FYI, he took the time to go into a substructure under a house and found mold and was honest enough to come up and tell me to prevent me from making a mistake buying that home that’s how honest he really is.

We have worked with Buddy on quite a few houses, he takes time with you so he has a good idea what you really want in a house and location. He is very familiar with all of the towns around the Boise area, and has good contact with builders on any upgrades or remodeling that may need to be done on the house your interested in. Also if you need to sell your home he helps walk you through it, like making cookies during your open house!! We sold ours in a couple hours!! Give Buddy a call he is awesome!!
