Not only does she know her stuff, she’s a go-getter and makes sure you’re not missing out on a property since the market moves so quickly these days. After working with Candice to buy my home in 2017, I knew there was only one person to go to when it came time to sell. Candice was professional, informative, and communicative throughout the entire listing and selling process, providing me updates even when the update was, "no update". She is so knowledgeable about the West Seattle market and the challenges it can have in terms of access, which was so critical. I knew she always had my best interests at heart, which was so great for my peace of mind through what could have been a very stressful process. Candice is truly best realtor you could ask for, especially in and around West Seattle! I came to her with my mom looking for a condo that would be just for her. From day one Candice took charge of our condo search and owned the process from start to finish. We spent about one year looking with a very specific wish list, and she continuously sent us listings by email. We looked at a few places in-person and on the 3rd try we found our dream condo on Alki Beach! It had everything we wanted including 2 beds, 2 baths, bamboo floors, panoramic views, gas stove and fireplace, and good size deck. Candice knew how much we liked it after the visit and strongly suggested we make a offer that same day. She got to work right away on the offer and lucky for us, because another offer was submitted just after ours and subsequently withdrawn because ours was already in! Our offer was accepted at asking price and we closed exactly 1 month later. Mom is now living in the condo and couldn’t be happier. I can’t recommend Candice enough as an agent! Go with her and I promise you will not regret it.

We absolutely adore Candice! We were first time home buyers and had a particular type of property in mind. We found Candice on Zillow originally and chose her because of her incredible reviews from past clients. From our first contact, she made us feel at ease and was available to answer questions 24/7 – something we needed as we were nervous. We were most interested in West Seattle homes for sale and in the end, once we found our perfect spot, Candice negotiated with the listing agent. There were 5 other offers we were competing against and WE WON!!!

She wrote an incredible love letter to the sellers for us and knows the tricks to keep us protected but still get the house we wanted in a competitive situation. She is a bulldog. We were interested in a first-time home buyer loan and she connected with an incredible lender! The two worked seamlessly together to make sure we felt confident in our decision making and explained the entire process AT LENGTH even in the late hours of the night. We could not be happier with our new, “home sweet home,” and we owe that to Candice. She is a Rockstar and we would recommend her to ANYONE looking to buy or sell. THANK YOU CANDICE!
