Candice terry was a pleasure to work with. I am so impressed by her efforts. My transaction was difficult as I was located out of state the sale was from a trust and the commission was low as the property was an in park manufactured home. Candice made everything easy, taking care of the problems with the park manager and taking the lead to correct all deficiencies and requires repairs . Candice was always available she answered calls about 95% of the time and returned missed calls promptly. We had two sales fall through due to buyers backing out the third buyer was all cash and there were no contingencies. I was so thankful for her help with my sale.

Candice is the best! I really couldn't ask for a better realtor. She helped me purchase my home in 2011 through a short sale. Anyone who knows anything about short sales know they are not a walk in the park. Short sales are a very long, drawn out and stressful process. I don't think I could have done it without Candice. She was with me every step of the way. She was there for every inspection, appraisal and made sure I knew where we were in the process the entire time (a 4 month process!)

When it looked like the short sale wouldn't go through, she worked with the sellers agent to make concessions to ensure we got the home of our dreams.

I recommend her to everyone I know. Candice really cares about her clients in a way I have never experienced before.
