I'm a New Englander, but have been living and working in New Home Construction in the Central Florida area for the past few years. I'm so glad you are here!

Cara Britain is a dedicated real estate agent and member of the National Association of REALTORS and Osceola County Association of REALTORS (OSCAR) specializing in new home sales and vacation home sales as a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS). Community service is a key pillar of her life and Cara is a member of the OSCAR Realtors Care Committee as well as a member of the Kiwanis Club of Davenport Four Corners. These organizations allow her opportunities to regularly volunteer at Give Kids the World, deliver Meals on Wheels for the Osceola Council on Aging and hand out food at the Second Harvest Food Bank Mobile Food Drops. She grew up in Vermont, but traded in the cold winters for warm Florida sunshine. I can't recommend Cara enough!!

My husband and I had to sell our current house in order to start building a new one. During this process Cara was very diligent and resourceful with getting our house ready to go on the market. Everything from the amazing photos to social media marketing was extremely personalized. Her hard work paid off because we had 12 offers that day alone and were able to go under contract in UNDER 24 HOURS! I was honestly amazed. Something we were also concerned about was the appraisal of our house, however Cara came through once again! She spoke with the appraiser the day he came out and we were able to get the house appraised for way more than we thought we were going to.

The second part of our process was now finding a rental house to rent while our new house is being built. Cara sent my husband and I rentals every single day and we were able to secure a beautiful rental house 10 minutes from our new build.

Fast forward 11 months we're ready to close on our new house! During this process Cara was truly my rock. I even called her at absurd times at night with questions and concerns to which she always put my mind at ease. Cara also has a wonderful work history with home builders. Because of her insight we were able to understand the process a little bit better.

On our closing day, Cara met with us at the title company with the cutest gift basket as a thank you for our business. She helped us understand the paperwork that we were signing and we felt quite confident at the end of everything.

On our moving day she sent us some pizza so we wouldn't have to worry about getting dinner that day. What a service!!!

Long story short if you want a realtor to go to bat for you, it's Cara. Her personality is just absolutely magnetic and it would be a joy to work with her again.
