It is not unusual for her to spend 2 months of prep work to make a home look like the best new listing of the weekend. As a result, her properties commonly sell with multiple offers, for well over the strategically chosen list price, in the first weekend.
For her Buyers, Caren really listens to what they are looking for, previews every property before she shows it to them, and shares with them her extensive knowledge of real estate, school systems and distinguishing neighborhood features. Once she finds that perfect property, she works with her Buyers to put forth an offer and subsequent counter offers that have a great chance of getting accepted. She has worked hard to develop good relationships and friendships with her fellow agents in the area which also increases the chance of her Buyers’ offers being chosen.
