A Boise State University graduate, she has long called Idaho home. Before real estate, Carey worked as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, but her love of helping people and building meaningful connections inspired her to pursue a career in Real Estate. Her commitment to professional growth has led her to earn multiple industry designations and become an associate broker.

In addition to serving as a past president of Boise Regional Realtors and the Junior League of Boise, she currently serves as a National Director for the National Association of Realtors. In 2025, she received both the Code of Ethics Leadership Award and the Unsung Hero Award, reflecting her dedication to professionalism, advocacy, and service.

Carey and her husband—a 25+ year law enforcement veteran—are the proud parents of three boys. Together, they enjoy making the most of Idaho’s beautiful outdoors and vibrant community life.
