Carina Barber has made our dream into reality in a short time. She is very professional, a great listener and has very good negotiation skills as she managed to get our home out of 7 others offers. She has always put our needs and desires first and gave us very unbiased and helpful advice when asked. She was always on time and is very responsive through email, txt or phone. I would highly recommend Carina with RE/MAX all pros if you'd like to have your home buying process wonderful and smooth. We are so thankful that she represent us from the beginning to the closing date.

I was introduced to Carina by a personal friend. As soon as we were ready I contacted Carina Barber and she was on it! She had leads working before we even listed! I had been shopping for a home in the Valrico area for several months. I would generally shop via Zillow and contact the listing agent directly but didn't want to get involved with any one agent. One day I looked at one of Carina listings and she struck me as an honest, straight shooting gal. She was not pushy or overbearing so I decided to stay with her and I'm glad I did. She did everything she could to make sure I was getting what I needed. Carina took my criteria for a suitable home very seriously and did not waste my time showing houses that did not meet my requirements. Once we found a suitable home Carina Barber went out of her way to make sure the buying process went smoothly. Even the small relatively insignificant things did not escape her attention and again went over and above to make sure I had a pleasurable buying experience. Bottom line is that Carina is one of the nicest agent I ever met and when I decide to sell she will certainly be the person I chose to handle the transaction.
