Carl is an excellent Realtor. He had a great understanding for what we were looking for in a house and was able to find homes that would fit our tastes and budget. We have used him before in purchasing a home prior to our last home, and will use him again if we need to relocate in the Denver Metro area. He helped us sell our home and coordinated with the new home purchase so that we only had to move once. We have used Carl three times now - twice to buy and once to sell. His level of expertise has amazed us and has helped to get us the best deals and quickest sale possible. His MBA background and marketing knowledge are a HUGE bonus. Because Carl has a lot of experience remodeling as well, his personal tips and recommendations for contractors have also come in very handy. We enjoy spending time with Carl and we're always sad when the transaction is over because it means we'll be seeing less of him.
