A buyer wants an agent that holds their hand every step of the way through an escrow. The seller wants an agent that can sell their home for top dollar and keep them updated each day until escrow closes.
Today's market has changed. The buyer is facing multiple offers. I know how to have my buyer beat 5 , 10 or even 20 offers. The seller is looking at lower recent comparables. I know how to get the seller more money than his or her neighbor with the exact same house.
Of course, there is more to me than just Real Estate. I've been fortunate to have traveled to many places on this beautiful planet. I love to scuba dive. I love world history and of course, the Beatles.
