Moving is hard enough on its own. Moving cross country with a baby, to one of the most crazy real estate market in the US, in the middle of a pandemic is harder. He could run numbers with me on price per foot and talk about the cost of improvements from a resale value, and he introduced us to top quality builders and designers to get work done. He was able to easily transition from talking numbers with me to trading interior design ideas with my wife, and he gave us great insight on location, neighborhoods and schools.
