Moving is hard enough on its own. Moving cross country with a baby, to one of the most crazy real estate market in the US, in the middle of a pandemic is harder. We were fortunate to connect with Carl early in our relocation process and he went above and beyond every step of the way.  From helping us locate a rental house before moving, to winning a multi bid on our forever home, we are confident that we wouldn't be in the position we are now without Carl's expertise.  We can't thank him enough and highly recommend!

My experience with Carl and his team was excellent and smooth. I worked with Christen Lowe, and she was amazing. I was a first time home buyer and she was very supportive, profesional, and she is always one step ahead. We're currently in the country's hottest housing market, and with Christen and Carl's help, I was able to close one of the best deals out there. I still can't believe y'all made it happen, but I'm very thankful. Highly recommend Christen, Carl, and the entire team.

Carl was the perfect real estate agent for our needs. He knows the ATX market intimately, and he understands what matters in a home buying decision. He could run numbers with me on price per foot and talk about the cost of improvements from a resale value, and he introduced us to top quality builders and designers to get work done. He was able to easily transition from talking numbers with me to trading interior design ideas with my wife, and he gave us great insight on location, neighborhoods and schools. He was a joy to work with, wonderful sense of humor and very responsive.
