Carla was incredibly helpful. We had decided that we wanted to look at an extremely large area of Phoenix to get a feel for whatever our options were. She was on point with providing knowledge and expertise in the areas selected. She was able to save us a great amount of time in being able to quickly zero in on what we wanted. In our final decision we decided on a new build and Carla was with us at every step. She provided a great amount of information while we were out of state and made the process much more seamless. I would highly recommend her.

Carla is the greatest! She helped me find a home in Tempe that is perfect for me. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process and she genuinely cares about her clients. Carla was amazing and absolutely instrumental in getting me into my new home. At the time, I had a particular challenge that I thought would keep me from securing my loan for a while but she was able to find a "think-outside-the-box" solution for me that worked out great and I was able to make the purchase. The house checked all the boxes for me and I thought I was going to lose it to another buyer due to my circumstances. Nope - Carla made it happen!! It was an absolute pleasure working with her and she made the whole process seamless. I suspect very few other realtors would have taken the time, employed the necessary resources, and displayed the ingenuity - basically, go the extra mile - to get a client into a home. Carla helped us sell our house in Gilbert. She was professional, fun, very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. We, of course, chose her when it came time to buy.

Carla helped us through a difficult purchase. We had contingencies and had to work with multiple people including agents and salespeople. Carla was so patient and polite through all the difficulties. Her tact and knowledge smoothed what could have been a very Rocky transaction.

We purchased land to place a manufactured home. Carla was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and all aspects of buying vacant land.
