Carlos Campos, MBA, is Managing Director of Hope St. and Hope Street Funding & Realty, where he leads a vertically integrated capital markets platform focused on real estate-backed wealth strategies for institutional clients, private operators, and private equity sponsors. He holds a foundation in credit risk, underwriting, and structured finance. Carlos brings institutional fluency to middle-market real estate execution.

Previously, Carlos served as a City First Bank, where he oversaw a $250M commercial real estate loan portfolio consisted of Multi-family, CRE, Industrial, Commercial, Mixed Used, Affordable Housing and Low Income Assets. He acted as the final credit line of defense — auditing and reviewing CRE transactions.

Carlos also founded Hope Street Funding & Realty a Luxury Residential & CRE firm now fully integrated into Hope St.'s CRE advisory platform - where capital structuring, credit intelligence, and private market sourcing intersect. Carlos has originated and closed $500M or more in lifetime transactions (buyer/seller/loan representation, and or dual representation). He specializes in identifying underexploited opportunities and building institutional-grade financing strategies around them. From stabilized acquisitions to value-add, luxury development, and healthcare transitions, Carlos delivers capital solutions built to outperform across cycles.
