Carmen deserves a 10 star rating for her personalized, caring, and diligent work with us getting our lovely condo. She was supportive during near misses and we believe it was divine intervention that connected us to Carmen. We had our hearts set on the Serenity development in Clermont and believe it or not, she delivered in a big way with price, property, and location. Not only are we located in Serenity but in a condo right beside our son and daughter-in-law's! Carmen always answered our many questions quickly and became a trusted advocate for us Wisconsonites. I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs. In our opinion she is top notch always going over and above to provide excellence in client service. It was our privilege to work with Carmen!
