Carmen was super attentive and very easy to work with. If you want someone who can explain every detail of the process to you she's your girl. She also created a very comfortable space where I can communicate my wants and not feel silly about it which i know is hard to find with some realtors. If you want someone who is going to look out for your best interest in this crazy world I definitely recommend working with Carmen. EVEN IF you have a new build purchase because it really does help to have someone on your side helping advocate for you. :)

Carmen is AMAZING! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented, she is also honest, and her altruism personality made purchasing a home; serene. Carmen went above and beyond to make sure there was no question left unanswered and would check in the right amount of times.
