Carmen was super attentive and very easy to work with. If you want someone who can explain every detail of the process to you she's your girl. She also created a very comfortable space where I can communicate my wants and not feel silly about it which i know is hard to find with some realtors. If you want someone who is going to look out for your best interest in this crazy world I definitely recommend working with Carmen. EVEN IF you have a new build purchase because it really does help to have someone on your side helping advocate for you. :)

Carmen is AMAZING! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented, she is also honest, and her altruism personality made purchasing a home; serene. Carmen went above and beyond to make sure there was no question left unanswered and would check in the right amount of times. Not only did Carmen help me purchase my home, she also helped my parents buy AND sell their house as well.
