Carrie was an absolutely incredible realtor, and my husband and I are so thankful we had her help when buying our first home! We spent a long time searching for the right house during a very competitive time to be buying. As first time home buyers, it was a stressful process with the competition, but we were happy we had Carrie to help keep us as positive and hopeful along the way. She answered every question we had, and was super knowledgeable, friendly, and hard-working. We could tell she truly cared about helping us find the right house to buy, and was always willing to go look at houses with us, even on short notice. We can’t recommend Carrie enough! Carrie just helped us sell our home (she also helped us purchase it 3 years ago) and she is all over every aspect of it! When selling the home she had a solid game plan, told what little things we needed to fix and change before showings, she listed it in the best areas, and we had offers within 48 hours (the comps to my house didn't sell for 84 days and mine was sold in 2!)! Carrie was very professional and she knew what needed to happen and she wasn't afraid to reach out to the buyer's lender, agent, and everyone else under the sun to make it happen! Thank you Carrie, this would have never gone as smoothly as it did if it wasn't for you!

My husband and I bought our first home this summer and we were so grateful to have Carrie by our side! We entered the market at a very stressful time with homes in high demand and intense competition from other buyers. Carrie is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the nuances of the market at any given time. She helped us with our questions (and we had MANY since we were first-time buyers) and stuck with us every step of the way. She is tenacious and persistent and will go the extra mile to make sure your offer to a seller is the absolute best it can be. If the time comes to sell our home in a few years, we will absolutely be making our first call to Carrie because she is reliable, trustworthy, kind, and one of the most hardworking people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. This was the second home we have bought with Carrie in our corner. The first home was in the city. Carrie found us a peaceful home with a huge yard that checked all our boxes. The second home was in the country. I was not expecting to love the first home we saw, a beautiful home on 5 acres. We were not familiar with wells or septic tanks but Carrie is such a good resource for information and has so many connections in the business. We learned a lot very quickly and felt comfortable moving forward. We couldn't be happier with our decision and we have Carrie to thank for it all! Carrie also sold our home and got us a phenomenal deal. She never left us wondering what was happening or what was coming next in the process. Communication was excellent!!!! I believe this is our forever home but we will definitely be giving Carrie a call for any future purchases including for our children. I highly recommend her.

Carrie exceeded expectations I had for a realtor, she managed to maintain a working relationship with several other realtors during our buying process, while remaining patient and flexible for us. She remained readily available for us if we needed to ask any questions or to set a time to view a home. Once under contract Carrie explained each step of the process as we walked through it for the first time. We left with a firm understanding of what we could expect up until we move in. She provides stellar service and is always friendly.

Working with Carrie was great! We began our house hunting process several years in advance in order to figure out some of the things we needed to do. Carrie was able to advise us so we were ready when the time came. When the time came for us to purchase, we gave Carrie a pretty tight deadline. We wanted to be under contract before our lease ended so we didn't have to extend or terminate early. Carrie was able to get us into our new home with perfect timing. She also has fantastic recommendations for home inspectors, as they were able to help us dodge a bullet at the first home we went under contract on which had serious structural issues. After that setback, Carrie was able to get us under contract at the first home we put an offer on when the original buyer fell through. Thanks to her expertise, the negotiation and closing processes were simple and easy and we are so happy in our new home!
