Carroll helped us sell our townhouse in Pac Pal. She brought us a buyer even before the first open house was announced. She helped us through all the technical issues of selling, e.g, the inspections, getting repairs made, as well as the paperwork. The whole process was very smooth and efficient. We would not hesitate to call on her again if we wanted to buy or sell in the area.

I can't imagine buying my current home with anybody else. Carroll's experience and expertise were invaluable during this process. Purchasing a home can be very stressful and daunting but my wife and I were in very capable hands. You'd be hard pressed to find a better agent in town and I couldn't recommend Carroll more highly.
