Let me tell you about Casey Herzfeld and her team. I am in professional sales and I pride myself on exceedingly great customer service. Casey is the embodiment of what professional, above the rim, truly customer oriented service is all about! We closed on our house yesterday and had it not been for Casey I would not being saying that right now. When we need information on a property she got it promptly, when we needed to add on viewing in a pinch, she got us inside, when she was tied up elsewhere, she made sure we had friendly and competent help from her team. They say if you do something for 10,000 hours you’re a master at that task. Well, when you are doing business with someone who is passionate about what they do you know it. Casey is passionate about what she does and it shows in every detail. If I had a real estate business and needed someone to train my staff in how to express and execute optimal customer service and professionalism, Casey Herzfeld would be my first hire.

Casey is so incredible. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and and excellent at communicating with us and everyone we worked with throughout the process of purchasing our first home. She moved at our pace, ensured we had everything in order, listened to our needs, and organized a number of houses for us to see. We put in an offer on a house the first day we went out (and viewed like 9 properties). Casey coached us through making an offer and being competitive while staying in a place that felt feasible and comfortable. She went to bat for us multiple times and prioritized our value of fairness between ourselves and the seller. She was extremely knowledgeable, respectful of all individuals involved, and had a lot of oversight throughout. We learned so much and this was really a pleasant process as a result of Casey’s hard work and dedication to making our first home buying experience a special one. Thank you Casey!!!!

I cannot recommend Casey enough! Her incredible detailed knowledge of military loans, and processes to help is unlimited. Her availability to help at any time even when she was on vacation was incredible. I just want to share what an amazing experience I had with Casey. I have known Casey for many, many years, so I did not hesitate to refer her to my 2 adult children when it was time for them to purchase a home. Casey did a great job walking them through all it and took the time to teach them so much. (They both used to her to buy and sell their homes) Then it came time for me to help my dad in selling his home of 40 years, so naturally I called Casey. All I can say is AMAZING!!! While it is exciting for youngsters to buy their first place, or sell to get something new, it is very difficult for a man of 87 who lived in his home for the last 40 years, who shared this home with his wife of 52 years (mom passed 8 years ago) to sell. Casy held our hands, took time and care, completely explained everything and made it easier to move onto the next chapter. Oh ya, did I mention she sold our home in the first week with a 14 day close. It was a whirlwind, but again she helped us through it all! Casey is knowledgeable, a hard worker, cares about her clients, knows her stuff, professional, friendly and just a great person.

I came into the home buying market for the first time ever this year (2022) around May. Prices were up, and interest rates were right on the edge of spiking. I knew NOTHING about what I was doing. I had no idea where to start, and a sum of money tucked away that was less than I wanted for a downpayment. To say that I, a single-incoming homebuyer, was anxious at that point, knowing I needed to move but not knowing how I was going to do it, is an understatement. A friend of mine connected me with Casey. From there, Casey and her partner Rachel went above and beyond anything I might have expected to help me out. They walked me through all of my questions. When appropriate, they connected me with other experts to navigate questions beyond their area of expertise. They helped me home in on the kind of things I needed in a home (as opposed to wanting) to make it work for me, and then helped me comb through home buying sites in search of potentials that fit those needs. Two weeks - I kid you not, TWO WEEKS - after we started looking, we went through the bidding process and won under the asking price. A short 30 days later, I had my keys in my hand. Casey and Rachel were there the whole way to make sure the process ran smoothly for me and in my favor. They were ridiculously available, enthusiastic about getting me into my first home, and ferocious about making sure the seller treated me fairly. They also proactively helped me look for pitfalls that might muck up my experience along the way.

I'm not sure how any realtor is ever going to keep up with how well they took care of me. So long as I live in Colorado and they're working out here? They won't get the chance. I'll be a life-long client with these two amazing ladies as long as they're working. You should give them a try, too.

In this crazy market, you really want an agent that is knowledgeable, prompt, and understands what your goals are. Casey is exactly all that and more. She listened to my goals in what I was looking for in a first property and helped me find the perfect starter investment condo. As a first-time homebuyer, I was definitely nervous taking a huge leap in such a crazy time, but Casey was able to answer any questions I had with professionalism. I had a lot of questions (I'm assuming some ridiculous ones too) but I never felt like I was a burden to her, and I really appreciated that. What I appreciated the most is Casey understood my goals and steered me in the right direction and away from any property that we didn't feel like would help achieve my goals. She cares about you and what you are looking for in your investment. I highly, highly recommend Casey as your next realtor if you are looking to purchase a home in Colorado. Thank you, Casey!

We had an incredible experience with Casey as our realtor. Although we know she’s busy, she was accommodating to our schedule and understood the urgency to see houses as soon as they listed due to the market. She was a huge advocate for us when we made offers and guided us through the process. Once an offer was accepted, she went to bat on negotiations. I have used Casey for both purchasing and selling my house. She is the definition of full service. Both when I purchased and sold, I was moving to and out of state. The logistics of those types of transactions are hard, difficult, and can be very frustrating. Casey took care of everything both times and made the transitions seamless. Casey was absolutely the best to work with! We were first time home buyers, so the process was very new and overwhelming at times. Casey always made sure that our questions were answered and our concerns were addressed. We went to several showings and she was with us at every one of them, answering our questions, working with our lender, and supporting us the whole way. I have worked with Casey on three different transactions and she has helped me navigate through each of their unique challenges. This is why I am happy to recommend her for your agent.

The first transaction was selling my house. I was using it as a rental and decided to sell it; the renters knew a couple who were interested in buying the home as a cash deal. Although this should have been an easy deal, the buyer started to make additional demands after the contract was signed. Initially, the requests were reasonable and I was happy to comply. But then the demands became unreasonable. Casey then strongly suggested that I offer to terminate the contact to stop this procession of demands. Although I did not want to lose the sale (this was before the market exploded several years ago), I agreed. The buyer quickly backtracked and agreed to the terms of the contract and stopped any further demands.

The second transaction was to purchase a condo in downtown. Casey took me to numerous buildings throughout downtown and the surrounding areas. Initially we found a unit that seemed to good to be true—Casey did some research and found that another building was going to be built across the street which would have blocked all the views this unit offered. Finally, we found a building that I wanted to be in. Unfortunately, there were no units that faced the direction I wanted at the floor level I wanted. So, we waited until a Friday afternoon when a unit came on the market; we looked at it that night and had it under contract the following morning.

The final transaction was a rental in Colorado Springs. After spending a day looking through nine properties, we determined the one property that would fit my needs. It was placed under contract and, after the home inspection, the contract was amended to include various repairs. After each repair was completed, Casey drove down to the Springs to verify things were finished appropriately. However, a couple of days before closing, the kitchen appliances were not yet installed in the property (required by the contract). She strongly suggested that we postpone closing to make sure these items were installed. We did and based on the delays in getting the appliances installed, if we had gone to closing, the sellers would have likely not fulfilled this requirement.

I hope this letter has demonstrated that Casey makes a strong connection with her clients and puts their needs above all others. She has demonstrated time and again to me that she is willing to walk away from a sale (and that commission) if it will not help me fulfill my goals. Everyone can have a recommendation saying an agent is great at their job; I hope this one proves it.
