Casey Picard

Casey Picard is the Director of multi-family investments at KW Commercial Pasadena. He specializes in multi-family investments in Los Angeles County, focusing on high-level transaction negotiation, advanced property underwriting, unparalleled market knowledge, and providing in-depth advisory services.

In a short period of time, Casey has successfully helped his clients achieve a wide range of investment goals by implementing creative solutions to their commercial real estate challenges.

Before joining KW Commercial Pasadena, Casey worked as an Associate at KW Commercial Studio City from May 2013 to June 2015, and as an Associate at Marcus and Millichap from May 2012 to May 2013.

Prior to starting his career in brokerage, Casey served as the CEO of 1OAK Glass Manufacturing in Riverside, California. During his tenure as CEO, he oversaw the sale of over one million dollars worth of manufactured glass between 2010 and 2012. Casey is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside, where he earned his B.S. in Political Science with an emphasis on international relations.
