Casey Wilson

Casey Wilson was born and raised in the Treasure Valley and can’t think of calling any other place home. This passion drives him to provide a first class experience to every client he serves, because enriching the lives of community members in turn enriches the community. He has real estate in his blood and has been involved in real estate all of his life, first as an observer, having been born to three generations of real estate agents, then as a player in the trade as a young adult. In addition, Casey believes in serving the community in which he lives and has been a Boise City firefighter since 2008, and is always finding additional opportunities to give back to the community he grew up in.

Casey’s experience in the real estate industry is considerable and growing all the time. As a Platinum producer, he has prospered in real estate through his business, Wilson Homes, for over 3 years, earning production awards at the Circle of Excellence Realtor® Gala each year. Wilson Homes specializes in residential remodels and new construction. This building construction background grants him a great pulse and knowledge of investment properties and possible “flips”. He can tell, through observation and experience in the field, what houses are a good investment for a potential buyer.

Casey’s professional background in building construction is an expertise that most agents simply don’t have. He can offer quality advice to potential investors/buyers including rough estimates of how much time and money may be needed for a subject property. He feels very strongly that real estate agents should be honest, show integrity and be transparent to their customers, and excel in those qualities in their in their personal lives as well.

Casey has been happily married since 2012 to his wife, Amanda, while his son, Layne, is his pride and joy. In his free time, Casey enjoys his family life above all else, but also enjoys many of the outdoor sports that abound in Idaho, especially mountain biking and paddle boarding. To Casey, his family comes before everything else.
