I met Cassie Miller almost accidentally, when I stopped by a house sporting a For Sale sign of her company, Re-Max Desert Show Case.. On a lark, I called the number and it was Cassie who responded, at once making time to show me that house. Unfortunately, it turned out that was not the house I bought, but fortunately I was sold on Cassie Mueller as my Real Estate agent right away! My hunch was right, Cassie turned out to be an outstanding agent for me. Living as I did in Chicago and looking to buy a place in Arizona posed problems. Ms. Mueller became an amazingly awesome and effective agent for my long-distance search for a retirement home. She listened to my needs attentively, selected houses across vast areas of the Valley efficiently for me to see, and addressed all my questions and concerns patiently. She walked me through the entire real estate transaction diligently, shepherding a complex process with ease and expertise. I have bought and sold property before, but repeatedly visiting Arizona to scout, search and settle on a dream home was made comfortable due to the experience and professionalism brought by Cassie Mueller. Cassie is very thorough and covered everything very well. She demonstrated superior knowledge, making ours a smooth and comfortable home buying experience. We were really impressed with her attention to all the little details and answering all of our questions. She did plenty of research so that she was well prepared and this made the visits to different houses worth our time. She's attentive, provides excellent guidance without being pushy, she takes the time to teach you how to evaluate a property while still keeping you focused on finding a house that is right for you. She also has excellent knowledge of local resources. Cassie loves what she does and it shows. Her approach and style will set you at ease and her enthusiasm will pull you easily through the process of buying a home which can be very stressful. After firing our first agent, Cassie was a breath of fresh air. Cassie really went above and beyond to help us out through our home buying process. Being new to the area we weren’t familiar with anything really, she went above and beyond to help us find multiple inspectors for the house/roof and really did everything she could to make the buying process simple for us. I would say we are hard negotiators and we even reached a little with our offers and she was on our side the whole time. She always provided us with her honest opinion and respected our views. In the end she negotiated hard and got us the house for the price we wanted. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking.~from Zillow.com
