Kate's journey in the real estate industry has been shaped by her own experiences of frequent relocations during the span of 10 years before settling in Pasadena in 2003. The various encounters she had with real estate agents during her family's moves left a lasting impact on her, influencing the values she brings to her own practice. Starting her real estate career in 2011, Kate has established a strong reputation for treating her clients with loyalty, integrity, trust, and professionalism – qualities she found crucial based on her own experiences. Kate's background in advertising sales has equipped her with strong negotiating skills. Her experiences have also nurtured a seasoned creative perspective on marketing real estate.
Kate is known for her exceptional sensitivity to the needs and interests of her clients in the intricate and personal process of buying and selling homes. Her insightfulness and problem-solving skills ensure that she sees each transaction through to the end, consistently adding value at every stage. Beyond her professional pursuits, Kate is actively involved with several nonprofits in Pasadena. These include College Access Plan, Reading Partners, St Mark's School, Polytechnic School, The Rose Bowl Aquatics Center, the Boy Scouts of America, and Friends of Madison – a 501(c)3 organization co-founded by Kate and her husband. Kate's commitment to both her professional and philanthropic endeavors reflects her dedication to making a positive impact in her community.
