I have a friend that had expressed an interest in investing in the Boulder market with acreage and a nice home . I have known Catherine from the early days when she first moved to Boulder. I sent him a link with her information .
She helped him through her knowledge and contacts to find the perfect property in the area for his needs.
I understand that she shared the lead with an agent outside of her firm to facilitate his busy schedule .
If I ever move back in the Boulder area she will be my first stop .

I was compelled to write a review because Catherine is as good as they come. I'm a fellow agent and real estate investor who has witnessed how she can hustle and really be tough when needed while still giving her clients the utmost care. She is a powerful and effective businesswoman - intelligent and compassionate at the same time. I especially appreciate her openness to collaboration - something many agents still have yet to learn. If Catherine is involved in a deal, I'm automatically interested.

Catherine at Boulder Financial helped us buy our house and subsequently helped us rent it out. She's been absolutely awesome on both fronts.
We were first time buyers and remote to boot, so having a local knowledgeable professional assist us through the process was key to success. Once the house was purchased, she's been great at finding wonderful tenants, and managed any issues that have come up with the house in a timely and cost effective manner. I don't have much direct contact with the tenants but the feedback from them has been extremely positive as well.
Being a remote landlord at it's best - I would highly recommend Catherine!
