Catherine serves her clients with passion, skill, and experience. Catherine started buying, renovating, and selling homes 25 years ago while simultaneously nurturing an academic and teaching career in the humanities. She has always been the trusted friend to help you figure out how to achieve your goals. For years, she supplemented her teaching career by serving as a contractor with her own design company.

Over the years, Catherine developed a keen talent in client care and negotiation through all stages of buying, remodeling, and selling homes. She brings her design eye and market knowledge to every transaction. She will absolutely listen to you and help you to fine-tune and achieve your goals. Catherine became a full-time Realtor in 2018 and quickly rose to become a market leader. In 2022, Compass, the number 1 brokerage in the US by sales volume and technology, came to Richmond, VA. Catherine is the founder of The Morphis Group at Compass. Their marketing, technology and support add a sophisticated layer of tools and an impressive network of professionals. The Morphis Group is part of the Compass East Coast Network and the Compass Equestrian Division.

Catherine lives with her family, horses, and dogs in Montpelier, VA and is an empty-nester. She works from the Compass office in Richmond's West End and closes dozens of deals throughout the greater-Richmond market annually. Catherine and her daughter are founding members of My Cancer Registry, a national non-profit they organized to bring relief and support to pediatric cancer families. She is committed to the value of hard work, integrity, and professionalism and will go the extra mile to always respond quickly and with extra hands-on service.
