Cathleen Cull

A lifelong resident of California, Cathleen grew up in Westlake Village. After graduating from Loyola Marymount University, she lived all over - from San Francisco to Santa Monica. She has made the San Fernando Valley her home since 2003.

Cathleen joined Rodeo Realty after a successful sales career in print and digital media. She excels in leading her clients through complicated negotiations. Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, she never misses a detail, communicates consistently, and informs and educates every step of the way. Cathleen is dedicated to providing service, both to her clients and to the community. As an active member of the Junior League of Los Angeles, Cathleen volunteers regularly with organizations focused on foster youth and education.
