I've lived in the Northern Colorado area for more the 35 years. Real estate was always my passion and 15 years ago I was able to make that happen. I own my own home and have invested in rental properties both in my retirement plan and as investments. The Greeley area is growing. With several golf courses with in 15 minutes of each other, community events, local festivals, hip new city buildings, recreation and community services. I raised by two sons in Greeley through private and public school system. Being the mother of two Eagle Scouts has been one of my proudest moments. Skiing, golfing, athletic and cultural events make Greeley and Northern Colorado an amazing place to live. With the University of Northern Colorado- GO BEARS we attract students from all over the world. My business expands into farm and ranch, golf communities, investment properties, senior issues and new construction. I'm currently designated as a Luxury Marketing Specialist, Graduate of Real Estate Institute, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Negotiating Expert, and a Certified Distressed Property Expert. Our communities involved gated communities, lake front properties, historic districts, urban renewal, G-Hope program and agricultural properties. With international businesses located in northern Colorado I help clients transition by providing relocation packets and community tours. Banner Health recruits outstanding physicians from around the world to our world class medical facilitates. UC Health and Poudre Valley health systems are expanding into the area. New construction is on the rise with generations of expertise such as Bartran Homes. State Farm, JBS Swift, Owens Corning, Laprino Foods, Vestas Windmills, Martin Marietta, HP, Kodak, Budweiser, Colorado State University and University of Northern Colorado to name a few business that reside in our back yard. I currently serve Greeley, Windsor, Fort Collins, Loveland, Milliken, Johnstown, Kersey, Evans, Eaton, Wellington, Longmont, La Salle, Gilcrest, Platteville and Denver metro areas.
