Cathy J Richardson as a realtor, human being, and a new friend was fabulous!! She worked really hard to find me the perfect place to buy. She gave me a walk through of what was available and helped me to identify the pros and cons of each place without swaying me one way or the other to buy a certain place. She listened to my wants and desires in location, amenities, and design. She has so much knowledge that she gladly imparts to her clients and had many helpful suggestions about everything having to do with owning a home. She was irreplaceable for me in this regard since I was a first time home buyer. I would recommend Cathy J Richardson highly to anyone needing a realtor.
