Chad Rennich

Chad was born and raised in Colorado. He is in the Erie area and grew up in Louisville. Chad has watched the small little town of Louisville explode into what it is today. He attended the University of Colorado in Boulder where he got his degree in Sociology. Right after College Chad joined the fire department and was able to purchase his first home. Since then, he responds to emergencies all over Boulder and Weld counties. Chad was promoted to Battalion Chief and is now a shift supervisor. Since his first home purchase, Chad has climbed the “property ladder,” moving from a condo to a town home, then on 3 different detached homes. Chad has experience as a landlord as well as the process of remodeling a home.

Chad has always had a passion for real estate and is excited to help people save some money with his company’s flat fee service. Chad believes it’s the right thing to do and is the future of real estate.

I am now teamed up with my wife and have become the Modern Collective Team. We offer two agents on every transaction, while providing full service at a fixed flat rate.
