As a single mother of two children who works full-time, I wanted to make sure I made the best choice, and certainly did not want to rush to make such an important decision. Chani readily made herself available to me, frequently arranging for impromptu home/condo visits with very little notice, and did her best to accommodate my rather hectic work/childcare schedule. It was rare that I reached out to her and did not have a response within an hour or less, and she really did go out of her way to make sure I felt taken care of. Having never purchased a condo on my own before, I felt she was a great sounding board and helped me talk through my concerns with various properties. When I ultimately found the condo I was hoping for, she fought hard to negotiate the best possible price in a highly competitive market, and the whole process from offer to closing was under 30 days. I would highly recommend Chani to my friends and family. If you're considering hiring her as your realtor, just do it. You can thank me later! :)

jjreichen Bought a Single Family home in North Capitol Hill, Denver, CO. Chani was referred to me through a mortgage broker that I was referred to by an appraiser I was referred to by a close friend. I'm glad it worked out that way or else I'm not sure how I would have met Chani. I'm a young guy and this was my first home buying experience. I've never been one to spend months and months making a decision and due to my work, I tend to make up my mind and go with it. What I appreciate most about Chani was her ability to come through on basically everything I asked of her. She's clearly been doing this for a while and knew the ins and outs of the entire process from beginning to end. I was able to find and excellent first home, get approved, have my offer accepted, get past inspections, and close within about 1-1.5 months total. A side perk of working with Chani is also the extensive networks of interior designers, handymen, etc. that she knows to make me feel more comfortable w/ the purchase. I'll be recommending her to all of my friends who are going to be making their first purchases here very soon. Great person, highly professional, and an excellent choice for a realtor.
