Prior to entering the real estate profession, Charlene was the General Manager of the Four Seasons Biltmore Hotel for ten years. Charlene's involvement and knowledge of the community and its residents led her into the real estate industry in the late 1980's when she decided, rather than to move away from Santa Barbara and continue her successful hotel career, she opted to pursue a new direction as a realtor. As a result, Charlene has consistently been recognized as an outstanding and top producer from the onset of her real estate career which has spanned over the past 25 years.
