They have also graciously handled my issues with the building’s HOA, which has been extremely valuable. Lastly, I want to say that Brian Garcia was most recently really helpful and understanding with an issue I had, and I really appreciate his advocacy on my behalf; it’s good to know that this company has reliable and dependable staff. The service I have had from CMC is far superior compared to other companies I have dealt with in the past elsewhere, so I appreciate CMC for what they do.

CMC Realty have an excellent management system for maintenance issues. Easy to request maintenance issues online with prompt response. I noticed low water pressure and booked plumber request online. Plumber came on time and took care of the problem which was clogged aerators. Replaced two aerators right away. All fixed in no time in a highly professional manner.

I currently reside in a property managed by cmc realty and have for 6+ years. I have had no major complaints. When work orders are placed they are resolved within a reasonable time frame. I can usually get a hold of someone typically Jesus, the manager or I get a call back right away when I need to actually speak to someone. Before posting this review I spent time looking at all reviews to see what the feedback was on CMC as a whole. I see some ups and I see some downs as almost all reviews go. I have been approved for my place by CMC an will move in shortly. I'm praying to not have to deal with negative issues posted by others before me....
Who I can review is my main contact who has assisted me through the approval process, Daniela S. She has checked every single box....being thorough, timely responses, politeness, answering questions effectively, and guiding me through the process flawlessly. If I have to leave a message she will follow up same day. definitely a 5 star performance so far. I haven't had a chance to meet the property manager but hoping he/she is at least half as amazing. Hoping my stay will reflect the service I've received from Daniela.

I can't say enough about how kind and helpful my specific property manager was! Daniela, We had some issues with our tub and she promptly( and I mean within 20 minutes) was on top of it. The plumber came same day and they fixed my tub for me. I'm really appreciative of how sweet and kind she was to me. The property management we had before was the worst. I was so pleased that she listened to me and fixed the issue so quickly. I highly recommend looking for an apartment or property managed by CMC especially if Daniela is your Property manager. As an owner I’ve been very pleased with CMC’s management. They are a by-the-book shop that treats the tenants with respect while taking care of the property. First let me say Daniella and Jesus are great. After the sudden death of my daughter's mother I was in need of finding housing for my daughter and myself. I contacted over 50 units in desperation without a single person responding to my application requests. One day I ran across the listing CMC Realty had and within a couple hours I had a response. At this point I've had my daughter living with her grandmother for 3 months as I was renting a room when her mom passed. I honestly felt like we would never find a place for us. Daniella helped me thru the whole process, staying in contact with me and making sure I had everything in order. The Concierge service they offer helped me get utilities and other things setup. That takes a lot of stress off anyone moving. If I ever need to move again I hope I can find a place that they service.

My experience with CMC Realty has been great. We are first time renters so didn't know what to expect when viewing apartments, applying, communications, maintenance, etc. But all has been quick and easy. From the get-go, the process of finding our place, applying, being accepted, to getting the keys - all was defined, clear, prompt, and simple. There were no lags, surprises, disappointments, or misunderstandings. Being here in one of their managed properties, maintenance is also a speedy process. They are quick to respond to any issue and will do their best to ensure issues are fixed. Additionally, communication is very reliable, professional, and accountable. I'm sure this goes both ways towards the property owner as well. Respect ensures respect, and it goes both ways. Very pleased with the company, and we are continuing to work with them in the coming future. Thank you to Daniela and Jesus for great service!

Wonderful, thoughtful service with a personal touch was given to me by Daniela. The key was misplaced by a previous viewer and Daniela called me prior to my appointment to notify me. I utilized CMC Realty for approximately 1 year as a property management company while I was living abroad in Europe. The entire time they were very quick to respond and worked with us being 9 hours ahead, making sure to email, text, etc. when we had questions instantly. Jesus and his team were amazing ensuring that all our needs were met. We later decided to not renew our contract with them for an additional year and instead opted to sell our property. This is where Charles and his team stepped in to ensure that everything was taken care of. The property was listed and we had offers within the first 3 days. We were in and out of escrow before we even knew it. The entire time mind you we were still living abroad. Charles was able to get us all the necessary documentation for us to close on the property and was very informative throughout the entire process. I lived at 5 different places with various rental companies in the past and CMC Management is by far the best. In my experience, CMC Management stands out in their use of modern technology and quick response. They provide apartment self-showing through a smartphone app. They provide an online tenant portal where I can pay for my rent, request a maintenance, view my lease document, and view my ledger, etc. They provide quick and accommodating services which makes my life easier. Charles Chang and Jesus respond to requests diligently. When I had trouble with the apartment key, Charles Chang was able to help me resolve it on the same day. When the washer or the smoke detector malfunction, I only had to post a message on the tenant portal and Jesus would have those fixed within 24 hours. It has been a pleasure to rent from CMC Management and I am grateful for the opportunity.

Wonderful family owned and run business. When you own a Restaurant, service is our top priority so we expect that from our property manager. CMC realty & property management meets that expectation over and over again.
