Licensed since 1972, Charles has been through it all in real estate. The 2008 crash, the influx of electronic communication and marketing, and most recently, the surge of real estate demand.
He has successfully navigated boom and bust real estate cycles, while still delivering successful deals for each of his clients. In the last six years, Charles has sold more than 200 properties, all with sellers who were exclusively represented by Charles. In all of these sales, the deals were completed without any additional conditions or contingencies for the sellers.
Charles is energized by the opportunity to negotiate the highest possible price for his clients. Per one of his client’s, Dana Swenson’s own words “I liked Charles’ style. It wasn’t about accepting the first, second, or third offer. Charles has reach. He is patient as he improves the offers as he goes along until you are above asking price with a solid offer.”

When Charles is not serving his clients, you can find him pursuing his passion for wine, travel, architecture, spending time with his wife, two daughters, and two puppies, Freddy & Lulu, and adding antiques to his collection.
