Charlotte Hair

Charlotte is proud to be a fourth generation Austinite and although she has witnessed many changes over the years, she still loves Austin and all that it has to offer. After attending SWTSU in San Marcos, she began her career in Real Estate in the mid-80's. She feels fortunate to have worked for some of Austin’s best companies in the capacity of Commercial Property Management, Facility Management and Construction & Project Development. For the last 8 years, her focus has been on assisting Buyer’s, Seller’s, and Investors with Residential Real Estate transactions. She is enthusiastic about Real Estate!

Next to Real Estate, her greatest passion is spending spare time with her four grandkids, her two daughters and wonderful friends! She loves boating on Lake Travis, fishing in Port Aransas and traveling to the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean. She also enjoys rescuing and caring for dogs, cats and even a newborn deer!

She embraces the opportunity to gain experience and consistently continues her education. She has had her Broker’s license since 2006 and loves to mentor new agents embarking on a career in real estate. Charlotte also takes immense pride in educating buyers on the process of purchasing, selling, and investing in Real Estate. Whether in the capacity of volunteering at her grandchildren’s school, an animal shelter, Habitat for Humanity or around the office, Charlotte has a sincere heart for helping others and would love to assist you with your Real Estate needs.
