Chase Campen

Chase Campen has been a top-producing agent for more than two decades. Chase began his career building a business primarily focused on Hollywood Hills. Since then, years of repeat business and referrals have stretched his market from Hancock Park and the Hollywood Hills out to the beaches – including the South Bay, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, and Malibu. He continues to rank as one of the top-performing agents in Los Angeles and was recently honored in the 2019 America's Best List ranking among the top 1/2 of 1% by volume of the 1.4M+ real estate professionals in the country.

Chase’s specialty is the selling and leasing of residential property, including single-family homes, condominiums, and multi-unit properties. He has also been retained many times over the years by various banking institutions to sell their inventory. These financial institutions require agents to go through a strict market evaluation process and adhere to a detailed marketing plan, tasks that mesh well with Chase’s skillset. His mindfulness and professionalism have also made him a popular referral among business managers, attorneys, and financial advisors.

During the Spring of 2017 Chase proudly moved his business to Compass, a national firm located in affluent markets across the country. Compass has built a best-in-class, in-house marketing and advertising agency that creatively and strategically crafts the narrative of its agents and their listings through a modern, engaging, and cohesive brand. Chase was enthusiastic at the opportunity to put those tools to use for his clients.

Chase is past president of the Wilshire Rotary Club, a community service organization that places an emphasis on business ethics. He has served in several leadership capacities in the real estate industry and is the founder and host of Larchmont Living's Distinguished Speaker Series. He is a proud member of the Wilshire Country Club and Vice Chair of the Jonathan Club and has spent more than ten years coaching numerous little league teams and mentoring youths in the process. Chase is also a current Board Chair of the Anderson Munger Family YMCA and President of the Marlborough Parent Board. He has an English degree from Florida State University and a master’s degree from St. Thomas University. Chase raised his three teenage children in Hancock Park and has lived in many wonderful communities throughout the city.
