Licensed since 2016 and originally working in Baton Rouge's commercial real estate market, then making a cross-country move to Seattle to lead business development and partnerships for an industry-pioneering real estate startup, the pandemic caused Chase to take another look at going all-in on his own mission in Austin TX.
