Chase Sandrik

Chase Sandrik has worked in the Multi-Family Housing industry for over a decade specializing in acquisition and disposition of investment properties throughout the nation with a focus on San Diego County in the Coastal Submarkets. A graduate of San Diego State University, Mr. Sandrik earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing/Consumer Behavior. His investment experience began right out of college buying, renovating and disposition of nonperforming investment properties as an Asset Manager for Homefed Bank. Mr. Sandrik has represented over $350 million dollars in acquisition, disposition and financed properties. Mr. Sandrik continued his comprehensive industry experience working with one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the country, ACRE Investment Real Estate Services.
